Screen, hire, and train only qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal regulations while ensuring adherence to PASARA standards and guidelines.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures that will enhance the public image of the private security industry and set a positive example for others to follow.
Ensure that all uniformed security officers/guards are attired in approved uniforms with state-authorized badges and uniform patches. Grooming and appearance shall be maintained to inspire public trust and confidence.
Not place security supervisors/guards on post or assignment until they are appropriately trained, licensed, and equipped. and Conduct all training in strict accordance to state and industry standards.
